Overview
You’ve done the work. You’ve grown. Things are finally starting to shift—and suddenly, it feels uncomfortable. This session explores the hidden fears that surface when you stop shrinking and start being seen: fear of being too much, fear of losing control, fear of judgment, and fear of success itself.
We’ll get curious about the protective patterns that kick in when you're expanding and learn how to work with them—not against them—so you can grow without self-sabotage.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Teaching on why visibility and success feel threatening to recovering people-pleasers
Identify personal visibility blocks (e.g., procrastination, overthinking, perfectionism)
Journaling and discussion: “What am I afraid will happen if this actually works?”
Guided reflection to uncover the internal contracts you’ve made with staying small
A compassionate process for rewriting those contracts into permission slips to expand

After the Workshop
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of why fear often follows progress—and why it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. You’ll also receive the Visibility Fear Reframe tool, a simple journaling and mindset process to use whenever you start second-guessing your growth.
