Embodied Confidence
The Confidence Cycle Workshop - Summer 2026
Details
Date: July 6th, 2026
Time: 7:00-8:00 PM EST
Location: Virtual / Google Meet
Overview
Confidence isn’t just something you think—it’s something you practice. In this summer session, we’ll focus on helping you reconnect with your body as a source of power, not judgment. You’ll explore where confidence already lives in your life and where it’s still hiding behind overthinking, overexplaining, or emotional withdrawal.
You’ll leave with simple, repeatable strategies to build embodied confidence—one brave step at a time.
What to Expect
Gentle movement and grounding to reconnect with your body
Teaching on how confidence operates in the nervous system—not just the mind
Exploration of your “confidence shutdown” moments (where you freeze, fawn, or disappear)
A guided reflection to map your Confidence Zone (where you feel most alive and sure of yourself)
Tools to take up space with clarity—verbally, physically, and emotionally
Key Themes We'll Explore

What to Bring
A notebook or journal
A pen
A recent situation where you felt small or unsure—even if no one noticed
After the Workshop
You’ll leave this session with a clearer understanding of what confidence feels like in your body—not just what it looks like from the outside. You’ll also take away a simple, personalized Confidence Practice Plan to begin building small, embodied habits that reinforce self-trust over time.
No pressure to get it perfect—just one grounded action at a time.
We’ll build on this in Session 2, where we’ll explore what happens when confidence starts to work—and why success and visibility can sometimes feel just as uncomfortable as staying small.
