This site is run by Carie Giroux through Five Foot Muse LLC, a New Jersey company. “I” and “me” in these terms mean Carie Giroux and Five Foot Muse LLC.

What this site is for

This site shares information about my Claude setup services, my weekly email, my podcast Tiny Wins with AI, and my Notes. It's here to help you learn and decide whether working together is a good fit.

The information here is general. It isn't legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice for your situation. AI tools change often, so check anything important before you rely on it.

Booking a free brainstorm

Booking a free 30-minute brainstorm doesn't make you a client, and it doesn't commit either of us to anything. If we decide to work together, I'll send a written proposal. Our work starts only after you sign the agreement and make the first payment.

Prices and packages

The prices and package details on this site can change. The price you pay is the one in your written proposal and signed agreement. If anything on this site differs from your agreement, your agreement wins.

Results

I work hard to build setups that save you time, but I can't promise specific results. How well a setup works depends on things like your business, how you use it, and changes AI companies make to their tools.

About Claude and other tools

Claude is made by Anthropic. I'm an independent consultant, and I'm not part of Anthropic or endorsed by it. Claude and any other software you use are provided by those companies under their own terms, and you pay for them directly.

My content

The words, images, videos, podcast episodes, guides and designs on this site belong to me unless I say otherwise. You're welcome to read, watch, listen, and share links to them. Please don't copy, resell or republish my content as your own without my written okay.

The weekly email and free guide

When you sign up, you'll get my weekly email, subscriber-only podcast episodes and my free guide. They're for your own personal or business use. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click. My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your name and email.

Links to other sites

This site links to services run by other companies, like Google Calendar for booking and Captivate for the podcast. I'm not responsible for those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Using this site fairly

Please don't try to break, hack or overload the site, sign other people up for my email without their permission, or use the site for anything unlawful.

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses that come from using this site or relying on its general information. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
