Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of coaching services, group programs, workshops, and digital products offered by Carie Giroux Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any service or product, the client (“you” or “Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the time, preparation, and personalization involved in coaching services, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, changes in personal circumstances, or lack of participation. Coaching is a collaborative process, and Client’s active engagement is essential to achieving results.

2. Rescheduling and Session Expiry

a. Individual Coaching Sessions

  • Prepaid sessions may be rescheduled once, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 calendar days of the original appointment date, or they will be forfeited.

  • No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already occurred, whether or not Client attended.

b. Coaching Packages

  • All package fees are payable in advance and are strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part, once payment is processed.

  • All sessions within a package must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Unused sessions beyond this period will be forfeited and are not eligible for credit, refund, or transfer.

  • In the case of a documented medical issue, emergency, or substantial hardship, a pause of up to 90 days may be requested. All such requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to Company’s sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Group Coaching Programs

  • All deposits and payments for group programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Group coaching programs require active participation from all members. Missed sessions, voluntary withdrawal, or incomplete participation will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or rollovers under any circumstance.

4. Workshops and Digital Products

a. Workshops

  • Payments for workshops are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend a live workshop, a replay may be provided (if available), but no credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued.

b. Digital Products

  • All digital products (including but not limited to templates, guides, downloadable tools, and courses) are delivered upon purchase and are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason.

5. Extraordinary Circumstances

Although all sales are final, we understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. If you encounter a serious emergency (such as hospitalization or a death in your immediate family), you may submit a written request for consideration to hello@cariegiroux.com. Any accommodations are granted at the sole discretion of the Company and are not guaranteed.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching is a growth-oriented, client-led process. While we are committed to providing high-quality support, tools, and guidance, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. Your progress depends on your own effort, commitment, and application of the material.
