Refund Policy

Investing in yourself through coaching is a powerful commitment, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. To ensure clarity and fairness, this refund policy outlines what you can expect regarding payments and cancellations.

  1. General Policy. Due to the nature of coaching services, all payments are non-refundable. Coaching is a collaborative process, and your commitment to showing up and engaging fully is essential for your growth and success.

  2. Individual Sessions. a. Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for individual coaching sessions that have already taken place. b. Unused Sessions: If you have prepaid for a session and can no longer attend, you may reschedule it within 30 days of the originally scheduled date.

  3. Coaching Packages. a. Non-Refundable Payments: Once a coaching package is purchased, it is non-refundable. b. Unused Sessions: Unused sessions within a package must be scheduled and used within 12 months of the purchase date. c. Pausing Packages: In the event of major life events or emergencies, packages may be pause for up to 3 months at my discretion. If you require an extension, please contact me directly and I’ll work with you to pause your coaching.

  4. Group Coaching Programs. a. Deposit and Payments: Deposits and payments for group coaching programs are non-refundable. b. Program Withdrawal: Due to the limited spots available and the group dynamic, refunds are not offered for missed or incomplete participation.

  5. Workshops and Digital Products. a. Workshops: Payments for workshops are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else or use the payment as credit toward a future workshop. b. Digital Products: Due to the immediate access to materials, all sales of digital products (e.g., guides, courses, or templates) are final.

  6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances. I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are facing extraordinary circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergencies), please reach out to me directly at hello@cariegiroux.com. While refunds are not guaranteed, I am happy to discuss possible solutions, such as rescheduling or pausing your coaching package.

  7. Commitment to Growth. Coaching is a transformative process, and your results depend on your engagement, effort, and commitment. While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, I am fully committed to providing you with the support, tools, and guidance needed for your journey.
