You’ve done the reflection. You’ve practiced the shifts. Now it’s time to integrate what you’ve learned and decide what “enough” looks like for you—not based on performance, approval, or perfection, but on self-respect and truth.

This final session is about claiming your space, your voice, and your worth—without waiting for permission.

What to Expect

This closing session includes:

  • A guided visualization: Meet the version of you who no longer apologizes for existing

  • Reflection on what “living like I matter” looks like day-to-day

  • Creation of your Enoughness Plan: small, specific commitments to continue honoring yourself

  • Space to celebrate your progress and name your next brave step

  • A soft invitation to continue the work inside a deeper coaching container
