Worthy by Default
The Confidence Cycle Workshop - Spring 2027
Details
Date: April 5th, 2027
Time: 7:00-8:00 PM EST
Location: Virtual / Google Meet
Overview
So much of our energy goes toward trying to earn worth—by being useful, nice, high-performing, agreeable, or low-maintenance. In this final session, we explore what it means to believe in your inherent value, no conditions attached.
You’ll reflect on the internalized rules that have shaped how you view your worth, and begin rewriting them in favor of a self-concept rooted in truth, not performance. The goal isn’t just to know you’re worthy—it’s to start living like it.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Teaching on conditional vs. unconditional self-worth
Journal reflection: “What do I believe I have to do to be enough?”
Mapping your inherited “worthiness rules” (family, culture, identity)
Inner reframe work: Choosing new beliefs rooted in self-ownership
Build your Worthy by Default Manifesto—a personalized guide for living from enoughness
Key Themes We'll Explore
Why worth is not something to chase
Releasing the “good girl,” “hard worker,” or “caretaker” identities
Shifting from worth-as-performance to worth-as-truth
Creating practices that reflect your belief in your value
Living without apology, even when no one is clapping
Structure of the Workshop
Opening grounding + self-reflection
Teaching: How we learn to chase worth—and how to stop
Journaling: “What do I believe I have to be or do to earn love, respect, or belonging?”
Activity: Rewrite your worthiness rules
Create your Worthy by Default Manifesto
Optional sharing + group close
Final wrap-up + invitation to continue your growth in coaching or community
What to Bring
Journal and pen
Reflection from any past moment when you felt not enough
A willingness to write your own rules
After the Workshop
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the rules you’ve been living by—and the power to rewrite them. Your Worthy by Default Manifesto becomes a declaration of self-respect and a reminder that your value isn’t something you perform for—it's something you already are.
While this session marks the end of The Confidence Cycle, your work doesn’t stop here. You’ll be invited to keep growing inside one of my ongoing coaching containers—because when you treat yourself like you’re already enough, everything else begins to shift.
