Coaching isn’t the same as therapy, but both can be really helpful, depending on what you need. Therapy focuses more on healing and understanding your past—working through emotions, experiences, or challenges that might be affecting you today. Coaching, on the other hand, is about looking ahead. It’s focused on where you are now and where you want to go.

If you’re enrolled in the six-month coaching program, we’ll meet twice a month for six months. If you choose clarity coaching calls, you can book them whenever you need extra support, at a pace that works best for you.
That being said, I’m dedicated to making sure coaching is the right fit for you. That’s why I offer a free discovery call before we start, so you can feel confident about the process before committing. If you have any concerns or questions during our work together, I’ll always do my best to address them and make sure you’re supported.
