You sign in, share your screen and start setting up your own Claude account, with me guiding each step.
Session 2 · 90 minutes
On a different day, we pick up where we left off, finish your setup and practice using it, so it feels like yours.

Everything we set up, written down for you within 3 business days of Session 2, so you can refer back to it.
One follow-up exchange
One email back and forth within 7 days, for the questions that come up once you're using it.

Do I need any experience with Claude?+
No. Claude Basics is for owners who are new to Claude. If you can share your screen, you can do this. I guide every step, and you set it up yourself, so it makes sense to you.
Can I talk to you before I buy?+
Yes. If you're not sure Claude Basics is right for you, book a free 30-minute call and we'll talk it through. If you already know, buy now and pick your Session 1 time.
What if I change my mind?+
You get a full refund any time before Session 1 starts. Just email me.
What will I need?+
Claude Pro or higher, the Claude desktop app, Google Chrome and screen sharing. If you don't have Claude Pro yet, we'll sort that out together before Session 1.
Will you build anything for me?+
Not in this package, and that's on purpose. You do the clicking and I guide, so you leave knowing how it works. If you'd rather have a system built for you, that's what the done-for-you packages are for.
Do I need this before a done-for-you package?+
No. You never need Claude Basics before a done-for-you package. It's for owners who want to learn Claude themselves.
What if I have questions afterward?+
You get a written guide within 3 business days of Session 2, plus one follow-up email exchange within 7 days. After that, a Claude Tune-Up is $150 if you'd like more time together.
Will AI send things without me?+
No. AI drafts, and you decide what goes out. Email drafts wait for you, nothing sends automatically, and nothing touches money on its own.
Is my business information safe with you?+
Before I receive any access, we sign confidentiality and access terms. I prefer it that way, because it protects us both. I never ask for your password: you sign in, and we work together on a screenshare.
For firms that handle sensitive client information, like tax or financial records, we also agree in writing what the setup may access and what it must skip, before anything is connected.
Can my team use it too?+
Each package is set up for one person in one Claude account. You're welcome to share what you learn with your team. Setting it up for other people, or having them join our calls, is quoted separately.
