We plan
A short intake form, then a planning call where we confirm the task, what it should produce and how it should sound. You leave with a written plan and a ready date.
I build and test
I set it up and test it on examples we agree on. You get a short update every Friday, and two rounds of revisions shown in short screen recordings you can watch when it suits you.
We hand it off
We put it in your own Claude account and you run it once with me there. You leave with it working, plus a written guide and a recorded walkthrough.
We tune it up
After a few weeks of real use, we adjust anything that isn't quite right. It's your first month of Monthly Claude Support.
The small tasks add up.
I see you, because I was you. I was so focused on the important work that I pushed admin to the end of the day, and some of it slipped while my mind was on bigger things. I only remembered to save a signed contract when someone came looking for it. Now AI does that for me.
These days I also create proposals in minutes with Claude. I'd rather approve drafts that are already written than do the tasks I don't want to do. I still review every one. I'm the human in the loop, and with this setup, so are you.
- Paid in two parts. Half ($1,275) books your start date. The other half is due before the handoff call.
- Your Claude subscription (Pro or higher) is billed to you directly by Anthropic.
- One more task inside a package you have? $750. A second done-for-you package bought together is $1,650.
- After your first month, Monthly Claude Support is $150 a month if you want it. It's never required.

What kind of task can I pick?+
One task you repeat by hand, like proposals, client onboarding, meeting notes, reports, research summaries, invoice reminders or FAQ answers. If you can explain it to me, I can build it for you. We confirm it's a good fit at the brainstorm, before you pay anything.
What won't you build?+
Anything that moves money, sends or posts on its own, or makes legal, tax or medical decisions. Claude can draft and organize, and you stay the one who decides.
If your task needs real client records, I build and test it with made-up sample data, so I never see a real client file, and you connect your real records yourself.
What if my task turns out to be two tasks?+
One task can include up to 3 connected skills or scheduled tasks. If what you need is really two tasks, I'll tell you before you say yes. One more task inside a package you have is $750.
Will it send anything without me?+
No. AI drafts, and you decide what goes out. Your proposal says what runs on a schedule and what waits for your review. Email drafts wait for you, nothing sends automatically, and nothing touches money on its own.
Can it connect to my other tools?+
It's built in Claude, using the connections Claude already offers. Connecting outside tools like Zapier is quoted separately, and I'll tell you before you say yes if your task needs one.
I'm a therapist, lawyer or accountant. Can you still help?+
Yes. I set up the business side of your practice, like scheduling, marketing and admin email, and keep client records out of it. If you want a system that works with client information, I build and test it with made-up sample data, so I never see a real client file, and you connect it to your real records yourself.
If it will touch patient health information, you'll need a Claude Enterprise plan with HIPAA turned on. Claude's Pro, Max and Team plans can't be set up for HIPAA. We'll talk about the plan and its cost before I start.
Is my business information safe with you?+
Before I receive any access, we sign confidentiality and access terms. I prefer it that way, because it protects us both. I never ask for your password: you sign in, and we work together on a screenshare.
For firms that handle sensitive client information, like tax or financial records, we also agree in writing what the setup may access and what it must skip, before anything is connected.
Which Claude plan do I need?+
You'll need Claude Pro or higher, which you pay for directly to Anthropic. If you don't have it yet, we'll sort that out together before I start, and I'll tell you if your setup needs anything more.
Do I keep what you build?+
Yes. It lives in your own Claude account and keeps working after we're done. What I build is licensed to you for use in that account, and the details are in your agreement.
