You open your inbox and start at the top. Newsletters, receipts and real client questions all look alike, so you read everything to find the emails that matter. Replies wait for a quiet minute, and quiet minutes are rare.
After
You open your morning brief first. It shows what needs you today and what can wait. Replies to the important ones are already drafted in your voice. You read them, change anything you like and send them yourself.
AI can make mistakes, just like humans. That's why nothing goes out until you've read it.

A short summary of what needs you today, which replies are drafted and what can wait. It's built around your clients and the emails that matter in your business.
Replies drafted in your voice
Drafts that sound like you, built from up to 20 of your own sample emails. They wait for you to review, edit and send.
Files sorted, renamed and tagged
Pick one folder, in Google Drive or on your computer. Files you save there get sorted, renamed and tagged, so you can find them again. Claude can't pull attachments out of your email on its own, so you save them to that folder and it handles the rest.
Follow-up reminders
Emails you're still waiting to hear back on show up in your brief, so nothing slips.

We plan
A short intake form, then a planning call where we decide what your brief should flag and how your replies should sound. You leave with a written plan and a ready date.
I build and test
I set it up and test it on examples we agree on. You get a short update every Friday, and two rounds of revisions shown in short screen recordings you can watch when it suits you.
We hand it off
We put it in your own Claude account and you run it once with me there. You leave with it working, plus a written guide and a recorded walkthrough.
We tune it up
After a few weeks of real use, we adjust anything that isn't quite right. It's your first month of Monthly Claude Support.
I built it for myself first.
I see you, because I was you. I was overwhelmed by the work on my plate and afraid I'd lose it all if I made a mistake. I didn't trust anyone else to handle anything.
So I started small. I built myself a morning brief that flags urgent emails and set Claude up to draft my replies. I'd rather approve drafts that are already written than do the tasks I don't want to do. I still read every one. I'm the human in the loop, and with this setup, so are you.
- Paid in two parts. Half ($1,275) books your start date. The other half is due before the handoff call.
- Your Claude subscription (Pro or higher) is billed to you directly by Anthropic.
- Need two? Add a second done-for-you package for $1,650 when you buy them together.
- After your first month, Monthly Claude Support is $150 a month if you want it. It's never required.

Which email services does it work with?+
Gmail and Google Workspace, and work Outlook accounts on Microsoft 365. Claude can't connect to personal Outlook.com or Hotmail addresses. If you're not sure which you have, we'll check together at the brainstorm.
Will it send emails without me?+
No. AI drafts, and you decide what goes out. Your proposal says what runs on a schedule and what waits for your review. Email drafts wait for you, nothing sends automatically, and nothing touches money on its own.
What happens to attachments?+
Claude can see that an email has an attachment, but it can't pull the file out of your email on its own. So we pick one folder, in Google Drive or on your computer. You save attachments there, and Claude sorts, renames and tags what lands in it.
Can it handle more than one inbox?+
Each package covers one email account for one person in one Claude account. A second inbox, or setting it up for someone else, is quoted separately.
Is my business information safe with you?+
Before I receive any access, we sign confidentiality and access terms. I prefer it that way, because it protects us both. I never ask for your password: you sign in, and we work together on a screenshare.
For firms that handle sensitive client information, like tax or financial records, we also agree in writing what the setup may access and what it must skip, before anything is connected.
I'm a therapist, lawyer or accountant. Can you still help?+
Yes. I set up the business side of your practice, like scheduling, marketing and admin email, and keep client records out of it. If you want a system that works with client information, I build and test it with made-up sample data, so I never see a real client file, and you connect it to your real records yourself.
If it will touch patient health information, you'll need a Claude Enterprise plan with HIPAA turned on. Claude's Pro, Max and Team plans can't be set up for HIPAA. We'll talk about the plan and its cost before I start.
Which Claude plan do I need?+
You'll need Claude Pro or higher, which you pay for directly to Anthropic. If you don't have it yet, we'll sort that out together before I start, and I'll tell you if your setup needs anything more.
Do I keep what you build?+
Yes. It lives in your own Claude account and keeps working after we're done. What I build is licensed to you for use in that account, and the details are in your agreement.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly retainer?+
No. Monthly support is there if you want it, and it's never required. You can run your setup yourself after the handoff.
